We understand the worrying experience of letting your property, especially for the first time and with this in mind our priority is providing you with the right tenant for your property. We never forget that the property is your most important asset and therefore we can assure you that by having us as your agent your asset will be in professional and caring hands.

When you have found a property you are interested in, contact the office for more information. All viewings will be accompanied by a member of staff who will be able to answer any question you may have and whenever possible viewings will be at a time to suit you, subject to landlord’s permission.
All tenants must come with a house owner guarantor and references, i.e. work or ex landlords.
An Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement, which is legally binding document, will be drawn up. The minimum term of tenancy being 6 months. An inventory will be prepared prior to the move-in which list the condition and contents in relation to the property and is to be checked by the tenant.
Rent and Utilities
Rents are payable monthly by standing order in advance. The standing order will be dated 3 days prior to payment date to allow for clearance. Unless otherwise stated in the contract the tenant is responsible for council tax, water rates, electricity, gas, phone, TV licence and any other services you wish to take out. Advance payment of one months rent and one months deposit ( Registered ) required prior to occupation.
Once all the application stages have been completed (subject to satisfactory reference and credit checking) we will then arrange a move in date where the keys can be collected from the office that day. Tenants are responsible for insuring their own possessions and personal effects during the tenancy.
